High K Silicone Gels for Binder of Thermal Pads

Trancy high K thermally conductive silicone gels are two-part addition curing silicone gels, which are developed for 6~13 W/m·K thermal transfer materials, such as thermal pads, gels, adhesives and greases. They are low viscosity and super flowability, and have a good feature that increases thixotrophy and fill lowing. They give superior performance in terms of thermal conductivity, flexibility, elongation and heat resistance. It is helpful to increase performance, efficiency and lifespan of electronic components and devices.

Therefore, they are used in electrical and electronic sealing, potting, binder for thermally conductive silicone sheet or pad gel, for conducting heat away from automotive electronics, power packs, microchip processors, LED lighting modules, communications modules, automotive electronics, and other places with adequate clearance.
